Postdoctoral Fellow
Interested in joining our team? We’d love to hear from you!
We’re currently recruiting a Postdoctoral Fellow to join our team to lead CIHR-funded projects investigating the neural circuits that underlie goal-directed and habit learning and how experiences like diet and drug exposure alter these circuits and, ultimately, behavioural control. The successful candidate will work with the PI to develop and lead a project that combines their own expertise, research interests and training goals with the funded goals of the lab. There will be considerable opportunity for continued training in behavioural neuroscience, associative learning, and animal models of neuropsychiatric conditions. The postdoc will also have the opportunity to mentor junior lab members. We welcome members from diverse populations and qualified individuals are encouraged to apply regardless of their sex, gender, racial or ethnic identity, skin colour, age, sexual orientation, parental status, economic background, religion, appearance, etc.
Employment Type:
2-year contract with the possibility to extend
Required Qualifications:
PhD in Psychology, Neuroscience or other related field (if your PhD has not yet been awarded, please provide a timeline of expected completion)

Excellent surgical, histological, and microscopy skills

Ability to work in a collaborative environment
